Clinic Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy​

At Chinees Medisch Centrum, we strive to provide high-quality and timely care to all our patients. In order to ensure that appointments are effectively utilized and to respect the time of both our providers and patients, we have implemented the following Appointment Cancellation and No-Show Policy.

1. Cancellation Policy
We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of €100.​
​
2. No-Show Policy
A “No-Show” is when a patient misses an appointment without canceling in advance. A No-Show Fee of €100 will be charged for missed appointments without prior notice.
